If you're going for something like a Blarowl build, or something a bit more creative, then yes, it could be worth using.

If you're going for the usual Reinhardt build that everyone will hate you for, then the IVs don't matter as long as it's not an attack bane.

just wait for a better one. or use an anti-anti-meta build ig.
