-Speed or -Attack

I pulled a -Attack +Res Fallen Celica last night with F2P orbs.

I feel like -Speed is worse for Celica since 32 Speed is middling and more harmful long term in a fast meta game.

What do you guys think? Is -Speed worse than Attack? Feel free to discuss!

On a side note, can renewal 2 work for a budget option? Also, what other skills should I run on Fallen Celica? Thanks in advance!

- speed is usually worse than attack bane for most units mainly because doubling/ not getting doubled is more important than a couple more attack point in most cases

renewal 2 is a good budget option like her original mage character build

If you're not keeping her Chill Spd, then yes -Spd is worse. But there's the spd sacred seal. She's not going to be running QR or Dist Def so might as well just use the speed seal. If you really want to have those additional stats by having full HP, renewal 2 can be decent but not recommended for arena. She'll be better off with something like vantage. For things like TT, any level of renewal will always activate at the start of the turn so you'll have more success with that on those game modes.
