-speed delthea

I got another One someone has told me to use Fury for delthea since she would have 37 res,34speed,39 Attack unbuffed. Still 34 She is quite slow. If however It i gave her lnd3 She would reach 36 Speed unbuffed (37with Seal)which is way Better but her res would go up to 29 which is not actually bad, but with 37 res She can tank reinhardt and Red mage does no shit. Darting blow She would reach 37 Speed (38 with Seal unbuffed) still It dosen't rise any other stats and is only useful It i Attack First. So which a slot i should choose and which b? Also do i have to keep her weapon or should i have to give Odin to eat for tome Blade? Also should i give her dragonic aura or moonbow?

Indeed, speed is quite important for Delthea, as she has short legs, otherwise she can't run properly.

Anyways, even with 37 res she can't tank Voldemort. When you-know-who is unbuffed and unmerged, he generally sit at 51 attacks in initiation (Dragon Ball 3 + atk SS). So she'd take 14dmg x2 = 28 , since she has 33hp, she can't survive the meta Reinhardt.

And that's because Reinhart has quickened pulse of course, so Delthia would take 10 extra damage on the second hit and die ( -5/33 hp ) .

So should i give her lnd3 which she still has 29 res and She could reach 37 unbuffed? If It is so i should give her desperation,her tome and draconic aura or what?
Which full moveset i should give to her?
