Special Spiral

Being absent from the game for the past 2 weeks, logged in and saw Lewyn with the skill Special Spiral. Can anyone explain what that skill does as I don't understand its effect from the description?

Thanks in advance!!

After you prock a special you get 2 extra charge. Ex: Lewyn uses glimmer a 2 turn cooldown special, after combat his 2 turn special will be ready again because of special spiral. Hope this helps

If you are familiar with Ares's Dark Mystletainn, it functions exactly like that (without the -1 to cooldown reduction found on Slaying Weapons). Basically, after combat, if your Special is one that triggers during combat (e.g. Moonbow, Bonfire, Aether, etc.) or before combat (any of the AOE Specials), then you get -2 to your Special cooldown count after combat.

For example:
You have a Mage with Iceberg and it has 3 charge; you attack once and then combat ends (it doesn't matter if your unit killed or not), which then takes your Iceberg to 2 charge. With Special Spiral, right after that battle ends, the skill takes off another 2, meaning that Iceberg will be ready for the round next combat.

No, your special has to actually trigger for Special Spiral to do anything.
If you just hit once and go from 3 to 2 nothing would happen after combat.
If you use Iceberg, then Iceberg goes from 3 to 1 after combat.

Thanks for correcting me. After watching a few showcases of it, I can confirm that my example is incorrect.

The Special needs to trigger at least once in that round of combat before Special Spiral's effect activates. (I don't know how I missed that when it's literally in the description. -.-)
