As the title says, i don't know what special and C slot i can give to my Cherche. I know for certain i'll use her new axe (with the refine as soon as i get enough Divine Dew) and that i'm not gonna use her in my flier emblem, but in a mixed movement team. Any ideas? (Her teammates are a +Atk -HP Alm with Refined Falchion, a +Atk -HP Cordelia with Firesweep L+, and the neutral Veronica from CYL)
Since she is on a mixed emblem I would give her Spur or Drive skills as her C skill. If you have a spare Ishtar lying around, I highly advise you to Fodder her for Odd Atk Wave as I've seen some users take down Zelgius with weapon triangle disadvantage. +3 Atk seal should be great as you want to boost her Atk as much as possible to tackle even Armoured foes.

In seriousness, I'm not too sure what to recommend when Hlithskjalf is going to provide the visible buffs. Just going to throw some ideas at you.
- Despite Cordelia being the only flier, I think goad fliers could be seriously considered if you're playing galeforce. Def can get very high nowadays.
- Drive atk, except she wants to receive that
- Drive spd, which is about to become a seal
- QR seal, because her def is good
- Flier formation seal?
