I was wondering if the Ares (-spd/+hp) i just pulled is usable or if i should fodder his brazen atk/def.

I mean I'd say probably, especially for PvE content or having as an option in AA. I wish I could say a little more definitely as my first Ares had that same ivs but I didn't really get much of an opportunity to use that Ares before I pulled a second neutral Ares, which the old one was merged into.
His speed was mediocre in the first place, 30 is doubled by any offensive unit nowdays.
I got the same IVs, works wonders on my tactics team against melee units, just slap vantage and bonfire on him.
since I dont have a spare distant counter fodder, I cant really say how well he fares against ranged units.
