-Spd/+Atk L!Ike Suggestions for a Build?

Got an Ike Vanguard Legend, but the IVs are a little iffy. I'm not the best at coming up with skill sets, so does anyone have any good for suggestions for what you think would work best on him with the given IVs?

Atk+/Spd- is actually not a bad IV for Ike(VL), since 30 spd neutral is on the slow side for the current meta's standards anyway. His standard kit is excellent as well out of the box, so he only needs minimal investment in his B skill & assist to work effectively

Assist: Reposition / up to preference
Special: Radiant Aether
A: Steady/Warding Breath
B: Quick Riposte / Wrath (if using QR seal)
C: Def Tactics
Seal: Close/Distant Def or Quickened Pulse (or QR if using Wrath)

As mentioned, this is actually a really decent IV. All you really need is to slap on a Quick Riposte in either his B slot or seal.
