Spd Tactic SI

I summoned two (yes, two, yay) LLyns today, one +Atk/-Hp and one +Res/-Atk. Obvi, I'm keeping the first one, but what do I do with the other one? Desperation and dual rallies are available to 4*s, so I'm not killing her for those, but outside of some kind of tactic team (which is usually inferior to just an emblem team), what do I put Spd Tactic on?

Well, "-Tactic" skills are usually only used on Tactic-teams, as there really is no reason to put them on Emblem teams.

Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, you might want to just hold on to your "Spd Tactic Fodder" unit for your Tactic-team (if you have one) or for one that you'll possibly make in the future.
