Spd Tactic Candidates

I was able to get an extra L!Lyn from Eirika’s Banner so I’m wondering who I should give Spd Tactic to. I was thinking that Titania would be good for triple tactic, but GamePress recommenceds Normal Eirika. If you have any other suggestions that would also be graciously accepted. Thanks for any help and suggestions.
Ps: I’m going to wait until 3.0 to inherit Spd Tac.

I personally like Tatania most because it gives her a simple an clear role:
Buff everyone
Counter blue units.

But Eirika isn't a bad choice either.
I like to combo her with Odin more though.

They say to give it to eirika but I disagree. Eirika shouldn't be equipping spd tactic or else she won't get a +12 buff she'll only get a +6 buff for spd

Giving Spd Tactic to Eirika won’t be the best choice in my opinion, she can benefit from it too if another unit has it. Titania is probably the best candidate for these skills since she can run three of them.
I think depending on your team you should give it to a unit that doesn’t need to buff its speed, so others can benefit from it! I have the same problem with a spare L!Lyn and not knowing who to fodder her to.

I definitely say similarly. Eirika wants to receive the buff twice.

I tend to try to put it on, like, flying Olivia or maybe some cavalry healer that isn't Veronica or Clarine

Or on some slow armour

Okay, thanks for the replies and help everyone. I’m probably going to be giving it to Titania since the one I’m using is +Spd and she could always have lance breaker or qr, and all of the reason you all mentioned too.
