-spd +res Soliel

She’s 4 stars but she’s my first soliel. Is she still useful, or would it be better off if I gave her weapon over to Hana or even just give her a brave sword or something

If you still want to try investing on her, maybe you'll be content with fury 3 on her A slot, get her to 5* and she will be sitting in neutral spd while having good stat defensive wise. (31 def and 30 res, resting at 35 spd which is quite hard to be doubled, safe for brave weapons, aryas and mias out there)
However, this kind of build really isn't compatible with her firesweep sword, as firesweep sword is a very offensive weapon, so if you want to use fury 3, I suggest changing the weapon into another stuff like Slaying Edge+.
But as pkslowpoke is saying, personally it's not worth it to heavily invest on her considering the ivs, and the heavy resources you would need to make her work. You should wait until you get better ivs or invest on other hero instead.

Thanks. I guess I’ll hold out until I get another, just sucks because my summons have been giving me useless heroes and I’m at a loss for orbs currently despite doing most of the available quests

Hold on to her. Fury and a real can offset the speed a bit, if you have the options to inherit them onto her. Vantage and/Swordbreaker can help as well with either of those A-skills.

Worst case you merge some good skills onto her once you find a better nature. She's too good and too much fun to just use as fodder. Hope you find some good use for her! And as someone struggling to find her as a 4-star myself, wishing you good luck on summons!
