+Spd/-Res Lilina

I have a + Speed - Res Lilina and I do want to use her.
Is she Salvageable or should i just wait until i pull one with better IV´s.And if I should use her, how should I build her?
(I dont have access to a Bladetome as I havent pulled a Tharja yet)

It's not really the best IVs for her yeah :/ But maybe the extra speed bonus could allow her to not get double as often, especially with a speed buff on your team.

If you wanna build her without bladetome you could try the raven build. It works usually pretty well.
I think you can probably find the build on this site but the idea is to use the raven tome to get weapon advantage over green and white unit. Put triadept and swordbreaker and she'll be able to deal very well with all green and white units and she'll probably kill most swords as she can double on them and they don't usually have enough res to take that.
