Trying to get a Bridal Tharja, I got a Lene with +spd -Res, not optimal IVs but at least good boon, I think.
Regarding the build, I am not sure if go with full Spd w/standard Dancer set or try with some Def, in both case and like almost dancer the main roll will be supporting.
Preferably without weapon change.
Some other option for skils

-Drive Spd 2
-TA 3

I'd probably go for the first set. Her weapon is an Enemy Phase weapon, so using it on Player Phase won't really net the best results (it'll work, but not like Wo Dao or Slaying Edge).
With the first set, she'll have enough speed to not really be doubled by too many units, and she'll have enough defense to do some pretty decent Bonfire damage when attacked.
Personally I prefer the second set. Higher speed will allow her to not need the extra points of defense as she won’t be doubled. Her defenses won’t matter as much if she is being doubled as her opponent can still over whelm and double her. Also dancers usually prefer the speed
