-ATK is actually worse for him because his attack star is already rather low to begin with and he has a lot of speed, even with a bane. I would suggest either Death Blow or Swift Sparrow in the A slot, keep his S Drink for in-game content and a Breaker skill or Desperation for PvP content, any Assist skill, keep his default Drive Atk and give him Moonbow or Luna as his special.
