I want to build a Laslow because I love him. I'm not totally sure how to go about it, though, with his IVs. I do have a spare Hector on hand, two Lukes, a 5 star Effie, and 4 star Klein and Hinata, as they all have ideas for skills I could inherit.
Laslow is very common so I'd wait for one with +atk and -res or spd. You should be able to merge a bunch of him at 4 star quite easily, as for a build, I'd go brave sword death blow or, Fury Swordbreaker with his default silver sword, which could work with a speed boon.
I think with those IVs, you can run a support build.
