Is a -spd +res Laegjarn still usable?

Needing to build a flier team for my Catria, but my only red flier is a -spd +res Laegjarn. Also, when finished, this Catria is supposed to have Brazen Atk/Def 3 and Guard 3.

Laegjarn is pretty flexible.
Just give her Fury 3 and keep her prf and she will be fine.

Give her a Res Refined Barrier Sword and watch her take less damage from magic foes. Add Deflect Magic Seal and Distant Defense A Slot and watch mages tickle her. Not viable compared to other builds but still interesting if you want something amusing.
