-Spd +Res Jeorge...

Would've preferred a Faye since it's my fate to not get Halloween Jakob but whatever, even normal 5 star Jakob came home... I now understand colorless hell, as I also got Genny who is not bad and neutral but...Armor Emblem goals ;-;. Moving on I need help building him, as he may be a reliable player phase mage check. I'm thinking of using:
Warding Blow or Fury
a Tome Breaker
any C slot
Glacies or Iceberg
any support
I know his Res sucks even though he has Parthia compared to other units, but other than him I have Takumi and -Atk Brave Lyn as archers. He could work well in Arena Assault at least... Any advice would be helpful, as I will most likely not be pulling on Trick or Defeat or for any other colorless units but maybe Faye if she comes up again later down the line. Waifus get special treatment, don't judge... :)

Sorry, I don't see this working very well, since his res won't get too high and he'll be at risk from speedy mages (ie. H!Henry, Linde, Tharja, etc.). At least Seal Atk and Spur Spd are kind of good for skill inheiritence

Gonna be honest, he's outdone as a mage check by Innes. Since he's -spd, he absolutely needs a tomebreaker because no matter how high his res gets, he will be overwhelmed by the sheer power of mages like bladetomes. This forces him to be extremely specialized, especially if you wish to use Parthia.

The set you gave is basically ok as it is, though you'll probably want Iceberg instead for the lower cooldown.
