+Spd -res Fae any good?

Should I bother with her or wait till I get a better one?

The Res bane kinda hurts but she's +spd and she's a pretty good unit. You can always build her as a metacheck with Lightning Breath/TA/Bowbreaker or Quick Riposte.
-HP is better for sure but you could have gotten a -Atk which would be worse, so I think it's fine.

IMO it depends. Are you planning on running her as an Arena unit? Or a more specialized counter in Arena Assault?

Part of her appeal is that she can counter colourless & blues pretty effectively (i.e. Bow Lyn & Reinhardt), but for that you'll want to keep both Def & Res. Hence the recommendation for -HP instead.

+SPD is nice since she sits at 34 SPD after +SPD refinement, which is respectable. Otherwise you can try to dump it.

+hp -spd is not that good imo, but it's still fine and wouldn't hurt any of her defenses, and +spd -def would make her better at tanking mages, so it's mostly up to you.

Want to make her an anti-mage(especially anti-Reinhardt)? Then -def is the way to go. Want her to have an easier time against physical units? Then you should invest in the -res one. I'm sure she will be fine.
