+Spd -Res Ephraim, what do I build?

So yeah I finally got Ephraim, but he's +Speed -res which is ok I guess. But what would be a good build for him? Im kinda lost on what to do

I have a friend who has a -atk +hp L!ephraim (I assume you're talking bout him) and he gave him fury and kept solar brace, and he uses aether on him, maybe try that,

You probably don't have to stretch out too far from how you'd build him normally, tbh.
