is a -spd +res brave lyn better than a neutral ivd brave lyn?

I have both and was thinking about which one i should be investing my other heroes into for the sake of inheriting.

Neutral is better. Speed bane is crippling for almost everyone like.

Pretty much this, especially Brave Lyn. With an offense spread of 33 attack/35 speed, you want her Spd and Atk to be a boon, and that's it. A Bane will be crippling in either one of those stats.
