-spd or - atk og Celica?

I'd go with -Atk. Her speed can be pretty important, more important than her attack, depending on the build.

those are both really bad banes. What are the boons? -atk is probably better because with the refined ragnarock she is still going to be hitting hard. speed is more essentially because it allows her to double. She should still hit pretty hard with -atk.
