-SPD or -ATK Ishtar???

So the good news is I pulled two Ishtars back to back :D
Bad news: One is -SPD +DEF and the other is -ATK +DEF

Which should I use?
I was thinking -ATK so that the extra speed could prevent any enemy phase doubles

-Spd is better for her. She gets +10 speed on initiation thanks to her default tome + Swift Sparrow, and she really shouldn't be in the way of units on Enemy Phase unless you're making her a mage tank or something.

Krazytre has a fair point, but I think your argument about Enemy Phase doubles puts you in favor of -Atk. Wow that's unlucky. Literally two of her four worst IV's :(

What to choose really comes down to how you would like to use her. She has a high speed rating even at neutral so that gives you some choices. If you favor her as a blade user than go with -Atk since the buffs that you would be getting to use with your blade tome will make up for the initial damage lost. If you would prefer using her natural tome than go with the -Spd due to her getting the +10 boost from her buffs she will still retain her ability to double a good deal of opponents.
