Seems like a good thing on brace builds, especially those using aether. Her ability to take two hits is marginal without atk smoke or noontime, so if she dumps HP she has a harder time making it. With hone cavalry and spd solo she still has 48 spd which is more than necessary for most jobs.
Like, let's consider an aether build on +atk -spd supported by hone cavalry. She charges in, hits twice for 59 atk (62 if you use a seal) and gains 5 charges. Her defenses are 30/24. She takes maybe 20 damage, and let's say she activates atk smoke. Enemy phase begins. She takes another hit, this time for 15 damage, and she has 3HP left. Aether activates. If they don't have 59 HP, she will OHKO and probably heal at least 20HP. Now she can take another hit. If we add fortify cavalry, she might actually be near 90%-100% HP after aether activates.
The main downside is what happens once she's finished an enemy phase. She will need to sit in the back for one turn to get hones again.
Your preference? -spd? -HP? +spd?
