+Spd/-HP vs +Atk/-Def Raven.

So I've got enough Dew to refine someone, and after some deliberation I've chosen to build up Raven as my first pick. Looking through my 4* copies of him, and these are the only 2 IV spreads that are any good. Intending to run him with what is regarded as his Optimal set on his page (to which I agree), what would you peeps say is a better choice?
