+Spd/-HP or +Def/-HP Nowi?

Hey guys!

I recently acquired a spare B!Ike for Steady Breath fodder and wanted to finish building my Nowi. Pretty standard set, Steady Breath/QR/Panic Ploy/Aether (Also open to suggestions for the set). Given I'll probably merge my Nowi's at some point, which IVs would be better overall?

My Nowi is +Def with a res refine and she’s a great mixed tank, she could also be a phenomenal physical tank with a def refine, as before buffs yours is reaching 41Def with SB
