Weapon: Brave Bow+
Special: Luna
A Skill: Life and Death 2/3 (if you want to spend 20k feathers)
B Skill: Desperation 3
C Skill: Threaten Def 3

Weapon: Parthia
Assist: Draw back/Ardent Sacrifice
Special: Moonbow
A Skill: Swift Sparrow 2 (To keep his defense stats untouched)
B Skill: Desperation 3
C Skill: Threaten Def/Spd 3
Seal: +3 HP/+1 Spd/+1 Atk
