+Spd -Hp B!Roy?

That's one of the better IVs that you can get on Roy (I have the exact opposite). Since hp is his superbane and pushes him down to 34hp, I'd say that desperation will be the safest bet for a B slot, especially when combined with the speed boon. Desperation synergizes well with fury as an A skill and you might as well keep Galeforce with this, since it's fun to use and makes B.Roy at least a bit special.
