+Spd -Def Seth build

What would be the best way to build a +spd -def Seth? Not a very optimal iv set but I feel like its still usable hopefully.

I should note that I already have a tanky Eldigan on my horse team so he won't need to tank much.

It's a bit early to theory crafting for me so I'll just give you some cookie-cutter options.

Repostion and Swap are amazing on Cavalry.
Moonbow might be better for him with those IVs (good speed, lacks defence).
I don't like Fury outside of Arena, but Gem Weapons and Fury works pretty well together, especially since he hits a solid 37 speed. Darting Blow could work as an offensive option on a Horse Emblem since he hits 46 speed.
His B-Slot can run some kind of breaker with his defensive Ruby Sword, namely Sword and Tome. Otherwise Renewal or QR are other good defensive choices.
His last slot is flexible.

I'm working around his Ruby Sword with the options above (which is mainly built as a defensive colour check), but if you're thinking of giving him another weapon I can give you some other options. Also, if you're using Eldigan with him, I suggest looking for a more player phase oriented build for Seth to seperate the two.

Thanks for the help. I'm probably going to use Silver Sword as I usually don't end up liking gem weapons and I have the same issue with Fury (except on Eldigan since I gave him Renewal) but it might be the most reliable option aside from Darting Blow.

I also thought for a moment of giving him Life and Death and Desperation but with def bane that might be too much.

I honestly think Darting or Swift will be great for a offensive choices if you want to keep his bulk.

If you're taking off Ruby Sword, than Desperation becomes a good option with this build because he loses his bulk against greens.

If you go Desperation then LnD is really good, he has 24 defence and 39/40 natural speed which means he can actually take at least one hit and not get doubled, putting him in Desperation range (this is basically Lucina level of offensive power).
This is also without any Cavalry buff, with buffs he hits 30 def and 45/46 speed after both, his base attack also hits 43/44 which is insane.

He's the only red cavalry unit that can run something like this, but he also needs another Cavalry to make it work. If you really want, Brave Sword or Wo Dao are also good options for weapons if you want something other than Silver. Three turn specials like Luna will also be better if you run him with Hone Cav because of his speed.

I'll end up having some spare feathers so if I land a Shanna sometime in the future I'll try the Life and Death build out and see how it works with cavalry buffs.

If you say he can reach an overkill 46 Spd (which is, like, 1 away from catching Fury +Spd Nino and Lucina???) through Horse Emblem, then Breakers are redudant. Like you said, it'd be good to empaphise on Player Phase orientation. Something like Desperation to avoid counters, and maybe even Vantage. Just about anything works with that kind of speed.

+Spd is about the best he can get, as it can at least put him in the "not likely to get doubled" category with something like Fury. I don't see the point of overkill Spd, as he'll be doubled by someone like Nino since DB doesn't cover Enemy Phase. Something like Fury + Spd seal gets him out of a +Spd Fury Lucina/Nino's range as well as it does give him the necessary Atk buff to oneround Hector (and always recks Cecilia, Julia and oneshots Nino no matter what).

Of course, I meant Fury and Breaker with no buff or Fortify from Eldigan. Sorry if it wasn't clear, I'll try and edit it.

I also want to agree that a speed boon is probably most optimal on him.
