+spd/-def or +def/-res m!grima?

+spd grima also has lightning breath +spd and drive spd support

+def/-res would just allow me to switch expiration on him, but the -4 to res sounds pretty scary

which is more effective? should I just roll again?

I'd go for the +Def -Res one. I have him with the same IV's and he is able to take blue mage attacks easily, and he has a lot of defense to tank a lot of units. He also doesn't really need his speed, since he has Vengeful Fighter. Of course if you want a more ideal IV set, then go ahead and summon but if you're not planning on +10 him, then the +Def will do fine.
