If you want her to be specialized against certain units, you could replace QR with a breaker skill like sword/bowbreaker, but QR in general is considered staple on nowi, especially if she's -spd. Some people argue that -spd +def is her best iv set as it makes her very strong at baiting, though this is debatable.
