I know i got bad ivs for her but i still want to use her, any good builds?
She would still be viable as a bulky support attacker, actually. If you're looking for a budget build, Lucina's base kit works perfectly fine, just give her rally attack or rally speed. Since you got -spd, swordbreaker 3 will help her double if you plan to attack swords, otherwise renewal is good. Bonfire is also an option since you got +def: 15 damage per proc (17 if using sturdy blow and initiating)
Whoops. In that case, my Lucina is -spd as well and I gave her the standard Falchion healing set:
Fury 3, Renewal 3 and Spur Atk 3 with Reciprocal Aid and Luna. -spd definitely hurts but Fury will bring it to 36, and you'll only be doubled by Lon'qu and Athena who you rarely see in the arena anyway.

I unfortunately have the same IVs and all I can say is either wait until you pull a better one and merge or do a full on healer build.

Main idea is for her to be a backline healer.
She reaches 37 SPD, 53 attack and 32 defense, which is not too shabby. Only put her in very few fights(to not activate Fury too much) so she can heal others while gaining back HP.
