+spd/-def Leon

IMO: No. -def is a super bane and he needs the def for matchups and special damage. Speed is not really something Leon is great at, so having a little bit more doesn't change much. You could give him life and death and +3 speed seal to make 41 speed though.... I think you should give his bow or guard to someone who can make great use of it.
