You could give her Brazen atk/spd from one of the Linus copies, or Swift Sparrow, or if you don't have the feathers or fodder, give her Darting Blow.

Or you could wait for a better IV then either fodder or merge.

give her wo dao, refine it for def, take fury, and maybe give her close def seal and make her a mixed phase unit.
