Is +spd -def H!Myrrh salvageable?

I am very happy that I got her, and I want to pair her with my L!Tiki. Are there any ways to save her def? Or I should try to pull another one. It's a shame that she doesn't reach 180 BST with these stats either :(

Possible through buffs, but it's awkward with a def bane.

Consider giving her Lightning Breath plus. It's a nice budget replacement for Distant Counter. You can then proceed to build her as a red Grima, or work with Wary Fighter.
