+Spd -Def H!Jakob

Hey guys,

With all the orbs dropping at the start of November, I decided it was time for some summoning but not too much, since I wasn't hyped by the halloween banner.

Within 40 orbs I got a HJakob and decided to stop there.
Trouble is : worst. IVs.
+Spd
-Def

I levelled him to level 40 but didn't teach him Wary Fighter yet. I'm sure I can do better.
Does anyone have any ideas ?

Also : does he belong in an armor team, or can he perform outside of one ?
