+Spd, -Def Elincia Build?

Finally summoned Elincia with decent IV's. I'm thinking that I am going to run Swift Sparrow/Desperation, but I was wondering if there were any other builds you guys would suggest. She's going on a Flier Emblem team and her C slot will be Fortify Fliers.

She's a fragile unit that you're going to want to keep out of harms way (especially if -def) so I don't know that desperation is the best build. Especially since she should have reposition. I would suggest hit and run instead for her B skill.
