Is -Spd best for Halloween Kagero?

The IV calculator on here doesn't really seem to get into best boon/banes for her, but I pulled a +Atk / -Spd (while mostly trying to pull H!Niles, who I still haven't managed to get), and I'm thinking that might be the best. Am I right?

That's perfect. A general idea is 30 spd and less is normally best left as neutral, or -spd.

I gave her swap because she needed a support skill, but for now I was going to keep her base skills. I don't have much in the way of expensive skill fodder. I'm open to suggestion, though. Generally anything that necessitates foddering a 5-star summon is unlikely, though.

-spd and -HP are the two best banes. -spd matters probably less than on a unit with 23-24 neutral spd, but then again, with -spd we're getting into territory where a lot of slow greens will natural double if they don't also have -spd (L.Hector, M.Grima, Dorcas, and regular Hector, for example) and neutral Reinhardt+0 will quad you if he has hone cavalry and you don't OHKO him (which is a pretty significant if when she's green and has 53+ atk), so a bit of caution is in order. If one of those 60-atk armours doubles you, you're probably in trouble.

I've done...I think two so far, and I'm planning to do more if people find them helpful. I'm going to try to keep the titles similar so that people can run it through the search engine. "I pulled ________ +this -that. What do I do?"

That will actually vary from individual to individual. It's sometimes possible to drop one scoring bin on one unit without dropping the scoring ceiling of your team.

In any case, for a wide majority of people it wouldn't matter once she ceases to be a bonus unit so it's better to suffer for two weeks and have a better unit for months to come.
