+Spd -Atk Soleil

Normally i wont build units with -Atk, but for Soleil i think she can be viable even with those ivs.So i need your help guys on how should i build her.
P.S. I got her as a pitybreaker

With a 35-38 offensive spread, she just becomes a slightly better Hana. Build her as such.

You could go for a meme build and opt for a Wo Dao+ (spd) and moonbow combo on her :v

or, you can play it budget on her.
Firesweep Sword+ for her weapon.
LaD3 (luxury) or Fury 3 for budget version of it in A slot.
B slot honestly is up to you, I used drag back so you can either retreat after attacking, or drag the enemy into your team, or do both of them.
C is team based, up to you. Budget is Drive Res 2.

Moonbow Wo Dao+ is a strong option. You can either refine it for speed or attack depending on where you want her to be.

If that's the option you like, Heavy Blade or Fury is a strong option for the A-slot with either vantage or depseration for the B-slot. C-slot is just based on team need.

Now if you're planning to utilize a more budget build, Firesweep and Swordbreaker is a very strong option so she'll double about anything. A-slot Life and Death, B-slot desperation. On that build, you could even look at Draconic Aura for your special. She'll still rack up a ton of bonus damage with it.

She's great even with that bane, and +speed is a strong boon for her. Enjoy best girl!
