+Spd -Atk NY!Azura usable?

I am happy with the Spd boon, but isn't an Atk bane also a bummer? Her main purpose is singing support so I shouldn't be bothering right?

Anyways I summoned two in a row. The other was +HP -Spd so I merged that to this one.

Singers stats don't matter to much. Her attack isn't that good anyway. Slap on Fury or Triangle Adept if you really care, but don't sweat it.

just give her emerald axe and fuy and you're golden

For support/dance will be fine
Just use fury-3 for add +Spd and avoid Follow attacks, and be able to take some hits
or
Triangle Adept-3 if you want to resist specifically blue units

As a plus, Lotes Shield and/or Guidance Seal

For sure better than my - spd + res, and she is still decent.

She's more of a support unit like all refresher units, but Fury can patch up her Attack a bit. I speak from experience since I have that same IV spread. Also, be sure to have Wings of Mercy on her.

Is emerald axe an option for her to just focus against blues?

It is, thanks to it blue mages do nothing to her, and her def is also not thaaaaaat bad. look my image above, she can be quite tanky, when you need her to take a hit.
