+spd, -atk Leif. is he salvageable? how can i build him?

He wont be good for arena (sorry) as an offensive unit, only as a buff bot or amazing for ingame content (chain challenges TT or even squad assualts) so, build him as either a rally bot with rally and hone skills or with S drink fury and ardent sacrifice

give him fury and a seal
