+Spd -Atk Hinoka build?

You can give her death blow and +spd refinement on the spear, other skills kinda depend on what you want to do with her

I think I have the same IVs on mine. I gave her Fury and Hit and Run, with her unique refinement(gives more atk and speed than refining for 1 stat in particular as long as she has 1 adjacent ally, which is not difficult). Her main role is providing buffs to my other fliers, since she's the only non-seasonal hero to get Hone Fliers(please correct me on that if I am wrong.)
