+Spd -Atk Flora

I pulled a +Spd -Atk Flora, probably the worst IVs for her. How should I build her or should I maybe fodder her off for her Solo skill? Thank you.

Probably fodder if you're willing. If you really want to keep her and build with these IVs, probably go for a CC/CD build for a dragon counter and green/red DC users... I'm not the best person who knows about these things but there was no one else, so try asking again.
