Not the best IV, but you could patch up her attack with an attack seal. If you like her, then by all means use her.

I have the exact same ivs and I ended up using her in a mixed team with Atk Tactic always active on her and an Atk +3 seal. She still gets 60 atk with her base kit this way, counting Atk Tactic buff. What's also important is that Iceberg is only 2 cool down, so it'll always proc on DC units which means a lot of damage (I run Res Tactic as well, rip enemy). +spd can be good when facing slower mages like Micaiah. This way they can't double you and you can KO them with QR3.
