Just as the title says, is she buildable with those IV's? Idk what to do with her, got her while chasing her/Neph.
She'll still be fairly strong anyway since her base kit has Death Blow. With her being able to double 100% and quad more consistently than most, Death Blow is a safe option.
She'll gain 12 to 24 points of attack damage, which makes up for the the lose of attack. She'll be fine.
That's what I have and really, it's workable(I buff her with delthea though). The only thing you'll be missing is the ORKO on Bike as with +atk QP and Moonbow you can kill him with enough buff, but other than that, it's still great.
Think about it, it is still better offensively in every way than both a +atk or a +spd Palla!
