+spd -atk Celica worth building?

Just pulled this celica off banner trying to get Sigurd. I currently have a +atk -red sanaki as a red mage. I also have an uninvested +spd -res 4star tharja. Is it worth to build my celica or is it better to do my tharja and pass celica distant defense to others? I also have Arvis.

I would keep Celica, but build your Tharja up.

I would build Celica, she as a great legendary tome and is already 5 star. If tharja is already 5 star herself, then do both? They both have decent base kit, tharja don't need an a slot and both requires different b-slot(or both desperation) to be effective.

Absolutely! I ran with a +spd/-atk Celica for months until I replaced her with an off-banner +atk/-def one, and at times I actually regret it. If you run it through a damage calc, with LnD2 (on a budget), +spd/-atk is actually near her optimal performance, since the effect of Ragnarok overrides the atk bane and brings a lot of her matchups to overkill range as long as she doubles (effective 45 speed at full hp, so make sure to run her with Renewal 3). So yes, DEFINITELY build her!

She's better than even an optimal Tharja imo, since she's splashable and doesn't require any team support whatsoever. You can pretty much slap her on any team that needs high magic damage and green unit removal (I run her alongside Lukas, who she S supported), and not worry about it.
