Spare Shiro

Just got pity broken by a +Spd/-Def Shiro (the exact same IV set that I had before), trying to decide what to do with him. I'm thinking about giving Steady Stance to Beruka, since I currently have Fortress Defense on her but don't like the attack penalty it gives. Thoughts?

If you use her then go for it. Any defensively inclined flying or mounted unit (being unable to use Steady Breath) will make good use of it.

If you like steady breath aether, you can sac Shiro to give steady stance, grab luna/sol from another character, and get both steady breath and aether from the same B.Ike
