Spare Fjorm

During my attempts at scouting for a new lance armor, I end up with my second ever Fjorm instead. She's +spd -hp; since apparently this is an ideal bane, I wonder what I should do with my free neutral one: fodder her Bond skill, or just merge. While neutral Fjorm has some investment given to her, only skills she inherited were support skills, and I have spare fodder for those.

After thinking it over, if I decide to fodder, I'll give the bond skill to my Lukas (+def -res). Will he be a good candidate, or should I just merge the Fjorms?

Merge 100% imo, she's worth a lot of points in water seasons and she is in the bonus unit rotation!

Since I remembered Brazen Atk Def which may be better for Lukas, I'll go ahead with the merge. Thanks for your input.

Fjorm is an excellent unit to get high scores in tier 20, so merging her seems like a good idea, specially in water seasons.
