Sorcery Blade seems pretty neat for archers/daggers

I do wish fliers could use this just cause I want my Bow Hinoka to really kill armors bc all of the DC hurts but on the topic of daggers it reminded me of poison dagger+ with its 5mt and I wonder if it will ever become refinable or Kagero gets a pfr because I don't know anyone who uses it anymore despite it being relevant back at launch and it feels pretty lackluster in most cases or useless with the armor/dragon meta. Maybe I just have my head in the clouds and if it were to be buffed it would probably be broken I don't really know.
(Edit: I completely skimmed over the fact melee infantry can use it which is great too)
