Some skill ideas
These are just some skill ideas that came to my mind. Feel free to critique them, whether they're a good idea or not.
Wait; A skill slot
'If unit doesn't attack for the turn, grants unit +5 Def and Res when ending turn.'
Basically Life and Death with reversed effects and no penalty but you have to activate it by ending the turn. And yes, this is Hisame's personal skill from Fates. If he ever gets in, I feel like he should have it, but it doesn't specifically have to be on him. It could be another unit. It's inheritable, but only by infantry units.
Darting Breath; A skill slot
'If foe initiates combat, grants +4 Spd during combat. Grants special cooldown charge +1 per attack.'
This is exactly like Warding and Steady Breath. I feel like we should be getting this soon, as we have all four Fierce, Darting, Steady, and Warding Stances. So their superior version Breath should be getting a version of all 4 as well, right?
Fierce Breath; A skill slot
'If foe initiates combat, grants +4 Atk during combat. Grants special cooldown charge +1 per attack.'
Basically the same description of Darting Breath.
Slow Strike; B skill slot
'If unit initiates combat, unit cannot double, but grants +5 Atk during combat.'
Don't get this confused with Wary Fighter, because it doesn't cancel enemy doubles and can be accessed by anyone, with a buff to atk. Think of this as Fierce Breath, but reversed to player phase with a small attack tweak.
Reorientation; support skill
'Choose adjacent ally and move ally to any side of unit'
Think of this like reposition, but instead of moving a chosen ally behind a unit, you can move the ally on any side of the unit using this support skill.
Warp; support staff
'Unit can warp adjacent ally to any position 2 spaces away from unit, heals 20 to ally when used'
How cool would it be to have warp in this game? I tweaked it a bit because having a staff user that can't heal kinda defeats the purpose of a staff unit. So I decided to have it heal for 20 when used.
Dashing Duel; special
'Boosts damage dealt by 50% of unit's Spd. Cooldown time of 3'
This is the New Moon/Glowing Ember/Chilling Wind for speed. We have specials that boost attack by the damage output, defense stat, and resistance stat. So with the speed meta going around as of late, why doesn't speed have a damage boosting special of its own? Well here it is. The next two are the advanced versions of this special.
Blur; special
'Boosts damage dealt by 50% of units Spd. Cooldown time of 2'
Godspeed; special
'Boosts damage dealt by 80% of unit's Spd. Cooldown time of 4'
That's all I got for now. So how are my ideas?

I can see the breath skills happening, but the rest are kind of iffy due to essentially being direct upgrades to things existing in the game, warp for example would be ran on every healer ever, as would reorientation being ran on everyone over reposition, or is wait was available to healers it would be on everyone, and slow strike is a worse death blow?
If unit initiates combat, unit cannot double, but grants +5 Atk during combat. due to it being a be skill it could be a nice skill for lilina, but we dont have any b skill that gives a stat increase, so if we got one it would be ran on every unit that didnt invest in speed (like dragons for example) then i agree with the speed specs being a bad idea, unless it was capped ie, up to 12 damage for the 4 turn and 7 for the other, or 50% of the difference or something

Slow strike is kinda like a worse deathblow (if my understanding is correct).
the fierce and darting breath skills are gonna happen someday since we have steady and warding breath right now.
the specials with spd effect would be broken since right now we have regnal astra and it's already broken.
And the Wait skill is the best skill for enemy phase units that are for full on tanking.
all of these skills are really good, and hope atleast some of them will oneday be in the game.

I like these ideas, especially the Wait skill, it will be great and I like the idea that this skill is only inheritable by infantry units, IMO they need more unique skills.
But the specials skills based on speed seems broken, your Blur is even more powerful than Regnal Astra. xD

Do you mean to make Dashing Duel have a cooldown of 4 much like glowing ember and chilling wind? Similarly, blur have a 3 turn cooldown?
Other than that, I think these ideas are great. The offensive breath skills and wait skills are my favourites. Reorientation would be hard to do as you've described since all actions in this game are just tap, hold and release. Perhaps make them two separate skills moving them to the left and right or perhaps rotating them around your unit clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Is "Wait" woud be combat buffs or fortify-like buffs?
Slow strike should be:
"Grants +5 atk. If initiates combat, unit can't make follow-up attack"
Reorientation could be eclusive skill for some hero, because it is just better reposition (like luna/brack luna).
I realy like warp skill. But nowdays all heals have % from attack.
Blur/Godspeed are OP. Regnal Astra is eclusive skill and it have 2 time cooldown for 40% spd. Other 2 time cooldown skills like moonbow, glimmer can give you most times around 10 dmg. Blur on speedy heroes give you 20-25. It is like Bonefire on 40-50 def unit.
