Some help with Shigure?

I just got a Shigure in the Genealogy banner. He is 5* and +atk-def, how should I build him? Does he deserves being +10?

What are your thoughts (all alone) about him?

If you're keeping Harmonic Lance on him, probably Fury, Desperation, and Moonbow, with a spd refine. If you're willing to invest in a Firesweep Lance build, L&D, Lance/Swordbreaker, whatever special you prefer. Heavy Blade Seal or Spd +3 Seal would both be fine for either. +Atk seal is also ok. +10 is an option, but I'd wait until you have enough copies of him to consider actually investing feathers into the merge.
