Some help in my IV choice

Hi, I want to promote and/or merge some unit but for those unit I have some great choice and I don't know which one I have to sacrifice. Here's the unit :

1- Corrin (M) +atk / -hp or +spd / -res
2- Morgan (M) +atk / -res or +spd / -def
3- Olivia (YT) +atk/ -def or +spd / -res

So for each of these 3 unit, which one should I take ?

Corrins Speed can actually get somewhat higher/ the same as a +Spd Ayra. With Spd Yato Refine and Fury, I think that's 43 Spd? Atk can be a good iv but Spd is much better.

Morgan, I wouldn't even bother with him, but you can build him to become a very fast BladeTome user with a +Spd iv and LnD.

I would save both copies of WT!Olivia, you can probably fodder the +Atk to a Unit with high Spd and wields a Firesweep weapon, as +Spd is the best iv for her. Give her fury and that's 40 Spd without Buffs from allies.

Keep the +SPD for the three of them, it's the best IV overall both offensively and defensively.

I'd go for +spd for all three of them. Can't say anything about Corrin since I never bothered to promote one, but Morgen definitely wants a spd boon. When he is +10 he reaches 41 spd which is pretty good.
Olivia also definitely wants the additional spd esp when her bane is res. 37 spd (38 when merged) is decent nowaydays, good enough to avoid a lot of doubles.
